“We have really appreciated Pastor Bob's messages. What I like best is the free use of scripture. He is not offering his own opinions, rather, Pastor Bob takes you to the heart of the issue using the Bible alone. But I've also noticed that while he preaches straight truth, he does it kindly. I never feel condemned, but I have felt convicted. The theme that I have taken away from the messages that I have heard is that "God loves YOU; He cares about YOU!" We need to know this, and we need the truth for the times that we live in, because time is running out. A note about the music ministry: We have enjoyed the music CDs just as much as we have the spoken word. Sometimes we need time to quiet the thoughts; whenever we have put one of "Mr Bob's" CDs in, the whole atmosphere in our home changes. Often, when we've had a crazy day, and the kids don't want to settle down to sleep, we'll put "Mr. Bob" in, and soon you can sense the peace (and almost always, the kids seem to sense it as well, because they settle down). The songs from God's word really speak to the heart, and the guitar music and vocals are very peaceful. "Mr. Bob" has become a household term to us, and we like what we are learning. There is nothing sweeter to a mother than to hear her three-year-old break into song as he pushes his trucks, singing, "Call upon me in the day of trouble, and He will deliver thee..."
